REFUND POLICY

Coach Shantelle – Return & Refund Policy

At Coach Shantelle, our mission is to deliver exceptional value, insight, and transformation through every coaching session and program. We take your investment seriously and strive to create a safe, supportive space for meaningful growth. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.

1. Individual Coaching Sessions (Pay-As-You-Go)

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

2. Coaching Packages (Multi-Session Programs)

Coaching packages are refundable within 3 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

If sessions have begun, refunds will be prorated minus the value of sessions used and a 10% administrative fee.

After 14 days from purchase, all sales are considered final.

3. Group Coaching / Workshops / Live Events

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event start date, minus a 10% processing fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the program.

If Coach Shantelle cancels or reschedules the event, a full refund or transfer credit will be offered.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience technical issues or did not receive your product, please contact us within 7 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule, please email service@coachshantelle.com with your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

6. Additional Terms

Coach Shantelle reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All updates will be posted here.

Your continued use of coaching services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance.
